About Secret Sisters Boutique

owners.jpg

We are always asked where we got our name.  Are we really sisters?

No, we’re not sisters by birth.  But we’re three close friends who had nicknamed ourselves “The Secret Sisters” (telling secrets like sisters do).  We would often take road trips to do consignment and garage sale shopping when one of the sisters had the idea that we should open up our own quality resale shop and name it Secret Sisters.  From that idea and with a lot of hard work and effort began a consignment clothing shop in a small rented building in the middle of Ely in 2003.  As you can see, that business has grown into a trendy, chic fashionable boutique which carries not only quality resale clothing, but new clothing, jewelry, purses, accessories, gifts and more!

We are proud to say that not only is Secret Sisters Boutique a women owned business, we are also a locally owned business with all three of our owners living in Ely, Minnesota.  Marcia, Patty and Autumn (l-r) absolutely LOVE their little boutique and hope that you will too!  We are blessed to employ four delightful and wonderful women who also love our store and love helping our many shoppers:  Barbara, Gosia, Shelley, and Maggie are the best!

We are community minded women who are active members of many local organizations.  Our boutique is a member of the Ely Chamber of Commerce and we enjoy supporting our local businesses and community.
