Does Secret Sisters sell only Consigned Merchandise?

No! Secret Sisters has a unique selection of new clothing, as well as jewelry designed by local artists, and great gift selections.

However, consigned clothing is such a great bargain, once you try it, you'll be hooked!

Our merchandise changes on a regular basis, so come by often!

What is Consignment?

(con·sign): To transfer items into the hands or control of an agent to be sold on your behalf.

The popularity of consignment shopping continues to grow because people are tired of paying the high prices that most retail stores demand. Today's shopper is a smart shopper, proud of the great bargains they find when consignment shopping. In fact, consignment has become the second fastest growing segment of the retail industry, only behind discount department stores.

How does Consignment Work?

Do you have some items you would like to sell? Bring your items to our shop on any Monday, which we've designated "Drop and Run Day," or contact Secret Sisters to arrange an appointment for another time. After the items are sold, you receive a percentage of the purchase price.

Items Accepted: Women's, Juniors, & Girls' in-style clothing, swimsuits, shoes, purses, quality fashion accessories, jewelry. We also accept unique home decor and antiques.
Rules: All clothing & linens must be clean, free of smoke smell, pressed and on hangers. Clothing must be in fashion (unless it's vintage), free of tears, stains, missing buttons, etc.
Drop and Run! Remember, you can just "drop and run" on Monday, but you'll need to make an appointment if you need to bring your items to the shop on another day.
Your Percentage: Your percentage for clothing is 40% for all items that are sold, 60% for antiques.
Contract Time: We will consign your items for two months. You will be asked to sign a consignment contract which will be reviewed with you outlining our mutual agreement. At the end of two months, you then need to contact Secret Sisters Boutique to arrange for payment. Consignors have been very pleased with our service and the money they've earned from selling at our Boutique.
